I have been Drafting and Designing for nearly 35 years, and have been established in the Lake Tahoe area for over 25 years. I've built a reputation on outstanding design, personalized service, space efficiency, and regard to budget. Working closely with my clients, ensuring that they are an integral part of their project's progress from the initial phases of planning and design all the way through to obtaining a permit to begin construction. I have many house plans to choose from/modify as desired, or am more than happy to design custom for your specific needs.
